Legend has it, that many years ago this land was ruled by fairies. One night a man tripped over a fairy on his merry way home from the pub. The fairy was so enraged that he cast a spell on the man, who wandered the field all night and could not find his way home until dawn. Break the spell by turning your coat inside-out and take heed. If you set foot inside The Stray Sod, you may not get home until dawn!
